MY STORY
I am an experienced Person-Centred counsellor. I offer a warm, friendly and non-judgemental environment in which to work with both individuals and couples. Sometimes there can be aspects of our life that can overwhelm our thoughts and emotions. These can often be as a result of relationship difficulties, bereavement, abuse or trauma. Other times there are no obvious reasons for our struggles or distress, or feelings of worthlessness or hopelessness. If you would like to talk about any of these concerns then you will find me easy to talk with and very down to earth.
I have a warm and safe counselling room on the top floor of my home which is based in Chafford Hundred Essex
